Invite Me to Speak

As an advocate for women in technology and STEM education for underrepresented groups, I've spoken internationally in Japan, Ireland, Costa Rica, Guatemala as well as across the U.S. at The White House, universities and conferences. I'm always looking for new opportunities to share my story as a Latina, Mexican and Filipino American in technology.

“Rebecca was the invited keynote speaker for our annual Educational Technology conference. Not only was she an innovative and engaging speaker, but, also an active participant in the entire conference attending sessions and engaging with participants. I highly recommend her as a guest speaker/facilitator.”
– Leigh Wolf  Associate Professor Michigan State University

“All the participants of Innovation Weekend Grand Finale 2014 held in Tokyo was so impressed by her intelligent and creative speech. Her passionate attitude stays [in] their mind.”
– Ikuo Hiraishi  Co-founder, President & CEO SunBridge Global Ventures Inc.

“Great experience! Great Speaker! Really created powerful energy during the conferences!”

– Oscar Rodas, Co-founder Foro de Inovación y Tecnológia Universidad Galileo

“Rebecca was a wonderful closing speaker for our first-ever tech career readiness event. She was personable and engaging during her workshop, with spurts of humor and energy. She imparted useful tips and techniques about social media and had great visuals which speak to her self-branding and design skills–it was no surprise that Rebecca was cited as a favorite and valuable speaker among many attendees. Definitely a joy to work with.”
